Project aimed to build a unified back office and mobile ecosystem that consolidates client platforms and workflows into a single integrated solution. The goal was to preserve core functionalities while addressing operational bottlenecks identified by the client, replacing fragmented systems with a centralized platform that delivers improved operational logic and efficiency. The solution was designed to support mobile field users — including Kenyan end-users working in merchandising operations — ensuring usability and functionality across diverse operational environments.

Unifying multiple client platforms and workflows into a single solution required preserving existing functionalities while addressing operational bottlenecks with enhanced and more scalable solutions. Instead of replicating fragmented systems, we designed a comprehensive architecture that resolved identified problems through improved functionality and workflow optimization. The solution also needed to integrate seamlessly with the mobile application and provide a consistent user experience for field users operating in varied conditions.
Result
We delivered a fully integrated mobile application and back office solution using Vue.js, PHP, and CodeIgniter, with design and development completed by our team. The platform centralizes client management, task workflows, and operational data while enabling real-time functionality and role-based access. By consolidating systems and introducing optimized solutions, the platform improves operational efficiency, enhances business visibility, and provides a scalable foundation for future growth.
