Our Goal was to modernize the UX/UI and systematize service information so patients can easily understand available services, pricing, and booking options. The new design aimed to improve information clarity and navigation while aligning with healthcare industry standards and the client’s visual identity. Particular attention was given to the mobile user experience, considering that many patients access the platform on their phones.
Challenge: Structuring complex healthcare information into a clear and patient-friendly digital experience.
The previous service presentation lacked clear separation between medical services and family-oriented sections (Lastekeskus/Beebispa), which created navigation complexity. Additionally, the platform needed improved content management and patient engagement tools while maintaining compliance with usability expectations for medical service websites.
Result:
We delivered a redesigned WordPress-based platform with a modern UX/UI and improved information architecture. Services are now clearly categorized with structured descriptions, pricing visibility, and booking pathways. The separation of general medical services from family-focused sections enhances user understanding and navigation.
We also introduced a dedicated specialists section, clearly presenting healthcare professionals and connecting them to the services they provide. This allows patients to easily find the right specialist based on their needs and access relevant service information without confusion.
Special emphasis was placed on mobile UX, ensuring seamless usability for patients on the go. To support location-based searches, we integrated direct navigation options via Google Maps and Waze, enabling users to quickly find and navigate to the medical centers.
A new blog section enables the center to share updates and medical insights, strengthening patient communication and engagement.
